California man accused of drunken assault on jail guards throughout arrest claims he was sufferer of ‘racist’ beating: reviews

A California man was charged with 5 counts of battery on a custodial officer this week in an incident that he claimed was a “racist” assault on him by jail guards, in line with reviews.

Jacob Servin, 29, was arrested Sunday for public intoxication in Stockton, Calif. and booked into the San Joaquin County Jail, KOVR-TV reported.

The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Workplace mentioned Servin was combative, grabbing a feminine officer, kicking an officer within the chest and making an attempt to chunk employees.

Servin denies he was violent.

“Correctional officers have been compelled to react to his aggressiveness with a view to defend themselves and keep the security and safety of others within the facility,” the sheriff’s workplace mentioned in an announcement, in line with Sacramento’s KCRA-TV.

Servin shared images of himself bloodied and bruised on Instagram this week, claiming he was crushed by jail guards in a “racist hate crime.”

“Yesterday three racist county sheriffs from Stockton held me down beat me, choked me, kicked me and tried to snap my neck, with their fists and batons one after the other for an extended time period whereas I used to be yelling and yelling for them to cease.Whitnesses (sic) might hear me yelling for my life these males tried to kill me all whereas yelling racist remarks,” he wrote.

The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Workplace launched surveillance video of when the incident occurred. Nevertheless, the video doesn’t present the alleged incident, which occurred in a brief holding cell the place there aren’t any cameras, Sacramento’s KOVR-TV reported.
